Our services

Jo Rennie Coaching offers the following services:

  • 1:1 transformative coaching programmes for individuals

  • The Emerge Programme: group coaching for women navigating perimenopause and early menopause

  • Corporate workshops for HR teams, people managers, and employees

  • Speaking engagements, keynotes, and panel appearances

All services are delivered online via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing. In-person delivery is available for corporate clients and is subject to separate agreement and pricing.

The nature, content, and structure of each service is described on our website and in the relevant programme or booking information provided to you prior to purchase. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content, format, or scheduling where necessary, and will notify you in advance wherever possible.

Coaching disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. Jo Rennie Coaching provides transformative coaching and personal development support. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or if your symptoms require medical attention, you should contact your GP, a qualified healthcare professional, or an appropriate emergency service.

By engaging with our coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and for the decisions you make as a result of our work together. Jo Rennie Coaching does not accept liability for any decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of coaching sessions.

Where coaching touches on sensitive personal topics, including health, relationships, and emotional wellbeing, you are encouraged to also seek appropriate professional support alongside coaching where relevant.

Bookings and payments

Making a booking

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, and a booking confirmation from Jo Rennie Coaching.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and in our programme information. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

Where applicable, prices are stated exclusive of VAT. If VAT applies, this will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase.

Payment methods

Payment is processed securely through our designated payment provider. We do not store card details.

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure your place. Details of payment schedules, where applicable, will be provided at the time of booking.

Payment plans

Payment plans may be available for individual programme bookings. Where a payment plan is agreed, you are committing to the full programme cost. If you withdraw from the programme partway through, any remaining instalments may still be due in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in Section 5.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation by you

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date or session: full refund, less any non-refundable deposit

  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the programme start date or session: 50% refund

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the programme start date or session: no refund

For group coaching programmes (The Emerge Programme), cancellation after the programme has begun will not attract a refund for sessions already delivered.

To cancel a booking, please contact us in writing at hello@jorennie.com. The date of cancellation will be the date on which your written notice is received.

Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be treated as a cancellation of that session. Sessions cancelled or missed without notice are non-refundable.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that Jo Rennie Coaching needs to cancel a session or programme, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of a cancellation on our part.

Corporate bookings

Cancellation terms for corporate workshops and packages will be set out in the individual service agreement or invoice issued at the time of booking. These may differ from the individual cancellation policy above.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Information shared by clients during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

  • Where we are required to do so by law

  • Where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person

  • In the case of corporate programmes, a confidential anonymised summary of themes may be shared with the commissioning organisation, as agreed in advance — no individual client information will ever be shared

We ask that clients also respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings. Any personal information shared by other group members during The Emerge Programme or any group session should be kept strictly confidential.
